All the staff are very attentive and very professional. Patients were monitored constantly and asked how they were.
the toilet area was not as it should have been and used bed pans sat on the floor for 2 days.
Sometimes dates/ time to be discharged contradicted depending on who you spoke to.

The prompt way every request was handled.
Someone with very little experience caused great pain when trying to insert a canula - without success.

All the nurses are attentive and friendly
They are polite & patient.
As soon as the nurses noticed a problem ie;- high temp etc they alerted the doctors.

Care very good only one complaint never got everything meal forgot alabout me. Had chicken sandwich instead.

Expertise of surgical team (Jenkins/ Aziz)
Nursing/ Health Care staff all good. Some of the fixtures & fittings need simple repairs eg shower hose connection on tap - bed light/ Bed controller - would cost little
